24 hour clean out.....I have been asking everyone that they speak with managers at every location.
I am still getting calls on the Friday after the auction that no arrangements were made and why hasn't so & so got their stuff out.
Come on guys. This is not rocket science. Talk and make arrangements and stick to them. If you have difficulties meeting those obligations, CALL THEM. As I have said a million times, they have already heard every lie in the book, they don't need it from the bidders too. For almost the last year, every month someone does this, specially at a couple of certain locations. The company is going to start making rules none of us want to see. Just stick to what you tell the managers or call them. Simple as that.

I do my best to make sure all actions at my auctions are honest. I disclose what I am told about a unit and make sure as best as I can that my sale is as honest as it can be. Please be aware though, it is a buyer's beware market out there. People can lie to me too. That does not make me responsible.  I have not and do not offer any guarentees that any or all items at the auctions are what they seem. You, as a buyer, are solely responsible for what you bid. I give buying tips on the newcomer page and if you are still figuring all of this out, I suggest you look at it.
Everyone in this business has had buyers remorse at several times, not just once. Never take anything at face value.

As a selling agent, our company is not responsible for any items sold at the auction. All items sold as is, where is without any representations or warranties as to the value or nature of the property.
Brunk Auction Service will not reimburse for any purchases made at the auctions.

Registration will STOP at the advertised auction time. Anyone arriving after auction start time will not be able to register and attend auction.

We drive over an hour to get to the auctions ourselves, traffic will not be an excuse. Give yourself plenty of time to get there.
IN SPITE OF MY EFFORTS TO KEEP PEOPLE COMING TO AUCTIONS ON THE RIGHT TRACK, IN THE LAST FEW MONTHS I NOW HAVE TO ADD 3 NAMES TO THE UNWELCOME LIST.
SO
ANY   **NEW  CUSTOMERS ** WILL NOW PAY $100 PER FACILITY DEPOSIT, not per locker.

You have been coming and have bought several lockers, you are ok. If you have been coming but do not have a history of buying several lockers, you will be included in this deposit.
