PARKING AND ATTENDANCE
ALL PLEASE READ!!!
CROWDS ARE THINNING OUT FROM WHAT THEY WERE DURING THE WINTER MONTHS.
Please still park on the lots, not in the few spaces in front of the offices. Managers need these spaces to continue doing their business during the auctions. And, yes, auction crew usually parks in front.
MOVE YOUR BODY OUT OF THE WAY OF MOVING VEHICLES. This will always be a problem, I don't know why someone will stand there and just not move.
ONCE YOU ARE IN AN AUCTION, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO LEAVE UNTIL AUCTION IS OVER.....Period!
Managers lock the gates for security. I need managers with me during the auction process. It holds up the auction if we have to wait for them to return.
I also request that friends and family of the bidders stand back and look after all serious bidders have had a chance to look. Curious lookers only, please stay at the back of the line. You know who you are. If you have no intentions of buying a locker, please remain at the back of the line.
CHILDREN...Don't mind them and summer coming, who can afford a sitter? I understand. However, if they are yelling, crying, etc. please move away from the auction crowd. It makes it difficult on everyone to hear.
All of these little things will help keep some peace at the auctions. Auctions use to be pretty simple. All the different people and ideas are causing a lot of the discussions and new rules.
