24 hour clean out.....I have been asking everyone that they speak with managers at every location.
I am still getting calls on the Friday after the auction that no arrangements were made and why hasn't so & so got their stuff out.
Come on guys. This is not rocket science. Talk and make arrangements and stick to them. If you have difficulties meeting those obligations, CALL THEM. As I have said a million times, they have already heard every lie in the book, they don't need it from the bidders too. For almost the last year, every month someone does this, specially at a couple of certain locations. The company is going to start making rules none of us want to see. Just stick to what you tell the managers or call them. Simple as that.
**************************
BEFORE COMING TO AUCTION THIS WEEK, PLEASE READ THE ABOVE IN RED. IN THE LAST TWO MONTHS I HAVE HAD SEVERAL PEOPLE WHO SEEM TO THINK RULES DON'T APPLY TO THEM ANYMORE RESULTING IN ONE PERSON HAVING TO PAY LIFE TIME DEPOSIT MONEY IF HE RETURNS TO AUCTION. DON'T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU.

I DO THANK ALL WHO ALWAYS GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO CLEAN OUT UNITS NEATLY AND IN GIVEN TIME. PLEASE DON'T THINK I DON'T KNOW WHO YOU ARE....SPECIALLY IF YOU DON'T EVER GET THOSE CALLS FROM ME!!

NEW NAME ADDED TO UNWELCOME LIST....SEE BELOW.

NEW NAME ADDED : DEBORAH BROWN  ST. LOUIS, MO.
LOCATION SPANISH LAKES AUCTION THAT WAS HELD ON AUG 1ST.

THIS ONE REALLY, I HAVE TO TELL YOU ABOUT
SPANISH LAKE IN THE 6 OR 7 YEARS I HAVE DONE AUCTIONS FOR THEM HAS NEVER GAVE OUT GATE CODES.
I PERSONALLY TALKED OWNER INTO GIVING IT A CHANCE. WITH THE HEAT AND LONG DISTANCE DRIVERS... IT WOULD REALLY BE A BLESSING TO THEM.

YOU CAN THANK DEBORAH BELOW. THE OWNER HAS VOWED NEVER TO GIVE OUT GATE CODES AGAIN. AND ALSO NOT TO BE SO GIVING OF TIME TO CLEAN OUT.  SEE SHE GAVE EVERYONE, REGARDLESS OF HOW MANY, BIG OR LITTLE, UNTIL THAT FRIDAY.  THIS WOMAN LIVES WITHIN 20 MINUTES BUT STILL HAD TO FRIDAY LIKE EVERYONE ELSE.

I WOULD REALLY LOVE TO GO INTO MORE DETAILS ABOUT THIS, BUT I WON'T. IT'S A SAD SITUATION. SHE COMPLETELY RANSACKED THE 2 UNITS, TOOK WHAT SHE WANTED AND LEFT 90% OR BETTER. PICTURES BELOW.

I do my best to make sure all actions at my auctions are honest. I disclose what I am told about a unit and make sure as best as I can that my sale is as honest as it can be. Please be aware though, it is a buyer's beware market out there. People can lie to me too. That does not make me responsible.  I have not and do not offer any guarentees that any or all items at the auctions are what they seem. You, as a buyer, are solely responsible for what you bid. I give buying tips on the newcomer page and if you are still figuring all of this out, I suggest you look at it.
Everyone in this business has had buyers remorse at several times, not just once. Never take anything at face value.

As a selling agent, our company is not responsible for any items sold at the auction. All items sold as is, where is without any representations or warranties as to the value or nature of the property.
Brunk Auction Service will not reimburse for any purchases made at the auctions.

Registration will STOP at the advertised auction time. Anyone arriving after auction start time will not be able to register and attend auction.

We drive over an hour to get to the auctions ourselves, traffic will not be an excuse. Give yourself plenty of time to get there.
IN SPITE OF MY EFFORTS TO KEEP PEOPLE COMING TO AUCTIONS ON THE RIGHT TRACK,

ANY   **NEW  CUSTOMERS ** WILL NOW PAY $100 PER FACILITY DEPOSIT, not per locker.

You have been coming and have bought several lockers, you are ok. If you have been coming but do not have a history of buying several lockers, you will be included in this deposit.

We are having a problem at the auctions I have never encountered before in all the years I have been doing these auctions.

We are having units, some completely full just not selling. Bidders are getting very picky.
I realize that most everyone doesn't want to haul trash. That is not the complete case with these units that I'm watching not sell at all.
We had a 10x30 not sell in December that was chest high full from front to back. Boxes mostly. Not pretty, but layers of dust so you could tell no one had been in the unit for years. We had about 15 people there, no one bid. Unbelievable. Not even $5.

So, if you are the type buyer who doesn't mind working a little harder and paying less, now is your time to come to auctions.
There is merchandise to be had without paying big bucks.
